It’s time for Melbourne-based LGBTQIA+ youth to FINALLY come back together IRL, and there’s no better reason than to celebrate Midsumma! They're so excited to be returning to Immigration Museum for our Midsumma Youth Party: Night at the Museum.
They cannot WAIT to see you all again. Or to meet you for the first time!
To celebrate their first in-person dance party in what feels like a million years, they’re making this one extra special. LGBTQIA+ performers, competitions, snacks, glitter, PRIDE vibes – and exclusive access to view the Immigration Museum’s Becoming You exhibition after dark. Rainbow dance party AND an exhibition all about identity? Boom. We’re back, baby!
Of course, this is Midsumma, so we’ll have heaps of rainbow activities and pride activations to enjoy. And with all our youth events, this is for folks aged 12 to 19 only, and you’ll have to register for a spot.
Tickets are free, and they drop at 5pm on 6 January, 2022!
Note that these WILL sell out, so make sure you're ready to book yours. Don't miss out!

There’ll be a Glam Station for all your glitter needs, an art activation with Naarm-based artist, Abbey Rich, as well as all the usual Minus18 faves: DJs, a dance floor, a Chill-Out Zone, competitions and so many opportunities to make new friends. So yes, you can totally come solo!
