There are lot of talented people in the Barcats community. Baristas, bartenders, chef type folk and sommeliers. When that community thinks of the best wine, whisky, coffee we think of estates, biodynamic farming, we think of single O beans and single malt barley.
At Tabasco they, like the greatest vineyards of the world, hand harvest all their fruit. They then mash them on site at Avery Island, with salt from their own mines, cut it with their own vinegar and age it in ex American whiskey barrels (Tennessee barrels for you ends) before bottling it for us to lash on everything. Aged, hand harvested, wild fermented, all natural hot sauce? You betcha.
Now that we are up to speed, and you remember why Tabasco is the single greatest sauce brand on the face of God’s hot earth; we would like to introduce something taller and cooler.
Tabasco Bloody Mary Mix.
This little number holds itself to the same (immense) standard of everything the Tabasco family produce.
All amazing quality tomatoes, citrus, water, salt & pepper, Tabasco sauce and the original Lea & Perrins Worcestershire (sorry vegans). The result is a balanced, bright, textural Bloody Mary that asks you only to add your favourite spirit.

Ideal Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
• 50ml Premium Vodka
• 120ml Tabasco Bloody Mary Mix
• Two dashes of Tabasco sauce
Method:
1. Build all over ice in glass
2. Quick stir
3. Put a salad on top
