Opportunity
We are looking for accomplished Bar Managers and Restaurant Managers to join our team. If you're a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional service and a flair for leading high-performing teams, then this is a perfect for you.
As a Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and help shape world-class food & beverage operations across the Ghanem Group portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Bar Manager Responsibilities
Hire, train and mentor and a high energy bar team to deliver outstanding customer service (bartenders, bar backs, FOH staff) assist with rostering and resolve staffing issues.
Oversee stock control, supplier relations, and cost management.
Co‑create dynamic cocktail menus, function beverage packages
Ensure seamless bar operations, from rostering to compliance with liquor licensing laws.
Maintain POS accuracy, recipes, items and pricing
Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing, RSA/legislation, health, safety & hygiene standards.
Be the escalation point, resolving any customers concerns, ensure service is smooth, attentive and consistent.
Roll up your sleeves, you’ll still bartend, manage bar operations and supervise service during busy shifts.
Ensure the bar is tidy, well organised and products are displayed in correct category. Rearrange shelves and fridges for stock rotation and when introducing new products.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
Lead, coach and mentor a professional dining team to deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
Confidently able to cater to dietary needs understanding the the menu to provide clear and precise recommendations.
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, guest flow and service standards.
liase with chefs and leadership to maintain quality, consistency and operational excellence.
Manage supplier relationships, inventory control and cost-effective ordering procedures.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety standards.
Maintain POS accuracy, menu knowledge and pricing integrity.
Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Support rostering, training, performance reviews and team development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years experience in a Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager role (or similar senior hospitality position) in high-volume venues of comparable size and complexity.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop people.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage and lead teams in elevated, fast-paced environments.
Excellent customer-facing skills, diplomacy and conflict-resolution capabilities.
A genuine passion for hospitality — whether it’s cocktails, culinary service or guest engagement.
Solid operational sense: rostering, budgets, ordering, stock rotation and stocktake.
Integrity, professionalism and a hands-on attitude.
Bar Manager candidates: QLD RSA and RMLV desirable.
Restaurant Manager candidates: QLD RSA and Food safety certifications desirable.
