We are seeking an extra experienced barista to join our team for the upcoming long weekend. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of barista experience and a passion for crafting exceptional coffee beverages. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and working closely with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to keep operations running efficiently during peak hours.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a busy environment.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to share that knowledge with customers.
