Corner Cafe Pimpama City is looking to hire an experienced Barista to join our team. We are looking for someone fast and reliable who can handle the pressure of a busy service and provide amazing customer service. Attention to detail and quality control of beverages is a must, knowledge and experience with latte art is appreciated.

• Be available to work a rotating roster including weekends

• Candidates must be available for both early morning shifts starting at 6:30 am and late evening shifts finishing at 7:30 pm

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Barista

• Must have high-volume cafe barista experience to handle busy service periods

• Have the right to work in Australia

• Friendly, hard-working and work well in a team.

• Amazing time management skills and work ethic

• Make coffee using our specialist equipment and to our exact recipes

• Food preparation as required.

• Work well and responsibly within a team.

• Assist in cleaning duties.

• Complete daily checklist, jobs and tasks.

• Make sales and Communicate well to customers.

• Project a welcoming, friendly, and professional image to all customers.

• Have a solid knowledge and working experience of coffee, food products and preparation.

• Experienced cash register, POS and EFTPOS skills.

• Flexible and adaptable to change and challenges
