We’re on the lookout for someone who can pour a beer, remember a name, hold a conversation, and read the room for that perfectly timed “one more?”
If you love the pace of pub life and the rhythm of a country venue, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re after someone with solid hospitality experience who can work independently, show initiative, and step up as a team leader when needed.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in bar or pub settings (kitchen experience a bonus to understand service of meals etc)
Confident working solo and leading by example
Friendly, professional, community-minded, with excellent customer service skills
An bility to connect with customers
Good knowledge of local beers, wines, and spirits
RSA and RCG certifications (required) Food Safety Certificate beneficial
TAB and Keno training preferred
A genuine love of entertaining, socialising, hosting, and creating a welcoming atmosphere — while managing tasks efficiently
Interview required
Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
