The Ivanhoe Hotel, a much-loved local pub, is located in the heart of The Corso in Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Offering a refreshing, timeless and sophisticated setting. The Ivanhoe Hotel has a strong emphasis on food, quality and produce. Behind the magnificent heritage facade, The Ivanhoe Hotel’s interiors channel a Hamptons-inspired coastal beach vibe while retaining the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of Manly and a local pub.

Looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand who knows their way around the kitchen and is eager to learn new skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
  • Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware from dishwasher
  • Ability to handle large volumes of dishes, including pots and pans
  • Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises
  • Assist chefs and wait staff as required, especially during peak hours
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
