JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and success of one of Kickon Group's flagship venues. This role requires a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team. You will oversee all aspects of the venue, from staffing and financial management to event coordination and customer experience, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and profitably.

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

If you are a motivated, enthusiastic individual who is ready to make a significant impact in a leading hospitality company, we want to hear from you! For canidates to apply they must have the following;

  • Proven experience as a Venue Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of venue operations, including food and beverage, events, and entertainment.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with local liquor laws and health regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Experience with marketing and promotions is a plus.
