Johnnie Walker Black Ruby is your new go-to cocktail whisky.
May 19, 2025
Johnnie Walker Black Ruby was launched in 2024, with Australia among the first in the world to get our hands on it. This bold new Blended Scotch Whisky is crafted with cocktails in mind: fruit-forward, vibrant, and built for mixing.
Black Ruby brings a rich berry-forward flavour profile that elevates the depth of Johnnie Walker Black Label. It’s made from luscious, fruit-driven malts from the Black Label Reserves and matured in a mix of ex-wine, PX Oloroso, and bourbon casks—including smooth caramel malts from our state-of-the-art Roseisle distillery.
This blend is incredibly versatile behind the bar. Whether you're crafting a signature serve or giving a twist to a classic, Black Ruby delivers a bold, balanced foundation that plays beautifully in cocktails.
