What’s in this course?

This session focuses on the fundamentals of service and covers industry-standard drinks-making best practices:

• 5 steps to a perfect serve (e.g., Tanqueray and Tonic)
• Sequence of service
• Components of a great cocktail
• Shaken Cocktail (e.g., Don Julio Blanco Tommy’s Margarita)
• Built Cocktail (e.g., Bundaberg Mojito)
• Stirred Cocktail (e.g., Johnnie Walker Black Label Old Fashioned)
