Head Chef Scott Mills has curated a warming feast with dishes including Hervy Bay scallops, char-grilled pork loin chop, roast turkey with all the trimmings plus a steamed Christmas pudding with walnut and cranberry brittle to finish! Available for lunch and dinner Wednesday – Sunday throughout the month, this feast is perfect for an end of financial year lunch, birthday dinner or catch-up with your nearest and dearest.

Baked ½ shell Hervey Bay Scallop, black garlic butter, rosemary crumb
Chicken & smoked ham pie, brie, cranberry jelly
Pan roasted brussels sprouts, Aleppo pepper, whipped cashew nut, marjoram (VG)
Clam gratin, butternut pumpkin bisque, prosciutto floss, risoni, chive
Char-grilled pork loin chop, grilled on the bone, rosemary, maple, wholegrain mustard (GF)
Roast turkey, cranberry and herb stuffing, festive gravy
Steamed Broccolini, Peas, mint, almond (VG)
Cracked potatoes, Goat’s curd, candied thyme, black pepper (V)
Steamed Christmas pudding, walnut and cranberry brittle, butterscotch custard (V)
