Flirtatious feasting and fresh new dishes await as Fratelli Fresh kick starts February with a month-long line-up of Sardinian soirees, fresh pasta creations and a rejuvenated happy hour deal.

Make the most of summer with Fratelli Fresh’s recharged happy hour menu. Classic Italian bites and refreshing drinks, spritzes and cocktails are exceptional value, on offer for $3 - $6 between 3pm and 6pm every weekday. A range of appetisers includes three cheese arancini, bruschetta with Roma tomato, onion and basil, and fried zucchini flower stuffed with five cheeses. The tempting happy hour drinks menu features negronis, espresso martinis, Aperol spritzes and Fratelli house wines, beers and spirits.

Gelato Happy Hour happens every day from 3pm to 4pm at Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour, with scoops of artisanal, house-made gelato on offer for just $2.50. Diners can choose from black forest, cookies & cream, blueberry & yoghurt, tiramisu, espresso, chocolate crunch, rum & raisin, mascarpone & figs, Nutella, hazelnut salted caramel, pistachio, snickerone, vanilla, coconut, and raspberry and passion fruit sorbet. Additional information can be found here.

A new year calls for a sensational new menu. Five exquisite, hand-made pasta dishes are now on offer at Fratelli Fresh, each featuring wholesome, seasonal produce sprinkled with aromatic herbs. Highlights include spaghetti alla norma with burrata, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, and hand-cut pappardelle with Swiss Brown mushrooms, crispy pancetta, parsley and roast eschallots.

Fratelli’s Long Table Series is back for another year, exploring the culinary delights of different Italian provinces with an exquisite, four-course lunch each month. Fratelli Darling Harbour will host the first of the series on Saturday, 2 February, from 12pm to 2pm. The sharing menu takes guests on a journey through Sardinia and includes an unlimited choice of Italian prosecco, beer, wine and Aperol spritz for $99 per person. Bookings can be made here.

In honour of World Pizza Day on Saturday, 9 February, all seven Fratelli locations across Sydney will treat guests to two-for-one pizzas. Diners can choose from any classic pizza on the menu, including quattro formaggi with gorgonzola, mozzarella, fontina and parmesan, and capricciosa with red sauce, artichokes, ham, rosemary, mushrooms, olives and scamorza.

Looking for a unique lunch or dinner spot for Valentine’s Day? With multiple locations across Sydney, Fratelli Fresh offers a range of romantic dining experiences, from the intimate candle-lit interior of Bridge Street, to the lively and bustling emporium of Darling Harbour. Couples can dine from an extensive à la carte menu featuring a selection of modern and classic Italian dishes. Bookings can be made here.
