These terms and conditions (together with any relevant and referenced documents, including the website terms of use) set out the terms relating to the redemption of the Barcats referral program offer. 

By participating in the offer you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating. If you have any queries on these terms, please contact us prior to participating in this offer. 

• Offer is valid for staff members under the age of eighteen years on the barcats.com.au site between the dates of 27/04/2023 - 1/01/2024 
• Referee must live in Australia in one of the following precincts.

Inner West Syd: Five Dock, Drummoyne, Haberfield, Leichhardt, Annandale, Balmain, Rozelle

Sydney North Shore & Beaches: North Sydney, Neutral Bay, Cremorne, Mosman, Lane Cove, Willoughby, Crows Nest, Chatswood, Manly

• The voucher will be supplied in the form of a gift card through TCN (The Card Network), any issues with redeeming the voucher should be dealt with directly with TCN. 
• The voucher will be distributed to the referrer on the completion of eligible referrals completing their barcats sign up form, no earlier. 
• The offer stated cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred, returned for a refund, consolidated to a new voucher or replaced after expiry. Offer cannot be replaced, if you suspect unauthorized activity, immediately report this to info@barcats.com.au providing all details 
• Barcats reserves the right to cancel this offer if we deem such action necessary
