Summer is right around the corner! Roll into the warmer weather by mixing up a delicious watermelon beer cocktail with Summer Bright Lager! 

Inspired by the lively streets of Santiago, this cocktail is the perfect thirst quencher for the blistering heat of summer! The Cristobal Cool is made with the perfect amount of lime, tequila, watermelon, and sugar. Best served on a warm night under a picturesque sunset. 

INGREDIENTS

150mls Summer Bright Lager with Lime

30mls Tequila

15mls Sugar Syrup

1⁄2 lime juiced

3 chunks of Watermelon

METHOD

STEP 1

Muddle 3 chunks of watermelon in a highball glass with lime juice.

STEP 2

Add Tequila and sugar syrup then fill the glass all the way to the top with ice.

STEP 3

Top up with Summer Bright Lager with Lime, stir and garnish.
