Whether it's staff calling in sick and you're left understaffed or you've got an event on and you're looking for an extra set of hands. BARCATS Rockstar is what you need. There's no expensive agency fees, hiring terms or set wages. Venues are able to post a job, set how much they want to pay staff, contact staff directly and pay them after the shift has been worked.
HOW IT WORKS:
Venues can go onto out site and post a job listing for $30. Once posted venues will have access to our database of staff specifally ready to work last-minute. Filter quickly through our staff and invite the ones you like to the job. Staff can accept your invite as well as directly apply for the job themselves. Once you've found your perfect rockstar get them in to work the shift. After the shift has been worked venues pay staff directly for the shift.

Staff will need to enabe ROCKSTAR availability in order to be eligible to work these shifts. Once enabled you will receive instant notifications via our SMS technology when a venue invites you to a job. You can also view and apply for last-minute shifts that suit you. You can also set up job alerts so you never miss out on jobs that suit you.
Like every other aspect of our platform for staff it doesn’t cost anything extra to enable rockstar availability. Every 2 weeks we’ll prompt you to update your availability for rockstar shifts to make sure you're ready and wanting to work.
