Share a cuppa of NESCAFÉ this R U OK?Day

Share a cuppa of NESCAFÉ this R U OK?Day

Ask R U OK? Any Day because life happens every day. This upcoming R U OK?Day on September 12, ask 'R U OK?' whilst sharing a cuppa. In the time it takes to share a NESCAFÉ coffee with a colleague or friend, start a conversation that could change a life. NESCAFÉ is the Official Cuppa Partner of R U OK?

Why has NESCAFÉ partnered with R U OK?

A key barrier to initiating a mental health conversation with a friend, family, or colleague is being uncertain of the right time and the right way to ask.

Millions of cups of NESCAFÉ are shared at home and at work every day, making it the perfect time to really check in with someone we care about. Through their partnership with R U OK? NESCAFÉ aims to inspire people to use these moments of connection to start a conversation that could make a difference.

Who is R U OK?

R U OK? is a public health promotion charity that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times in their lives. It focuses on building the motivation, confidence and skills of the help-giver – the person who can have a meaningful conversation with someone who may be struggling.
