What's in this course?
- Introduction to recommending and upselling skills
- Scotch Whisky production and brand knowledge (e.g., Johnnie Walker and The Singleton). Tasting of a serve with selling exercise
- Bourbon production and brand knowledge (e.g., Bulleit Bourbon). Tasting of a serve with selling exercise
- Rum production and brand knowledge (e.g., Bundaberg Small Batch). Tasting of a serve with selling exercise
