With multiple venues in our upmarket boutique pub group, we’re on the hunt for experienced leaders to join our senior operations team across several key roles:
Second-in-Charge (2IC) – Strong Operational Focus
Duty Manager – Frontline Leadership Roles

Who We're Looking For -
These roles suit hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and know how to lead by example. You’ll be hands-on, solutions-focused, and ready to take the reins, whether running a shift or managing an entire venue.
Role Requirements (varying by position level) -
Previous experience in pubs in Sydney (equivalent to the role you are applying for)
Solid background in food, beverage, gaming, TAB and functions
Strong understanding of NSW liquor and gaming compliance
Demonstrated financial and operational acumen (including wage control, stock, and supplier management)
Proven ability to train, roster (Deputy), lead and mentor a team
Hands-on experience with POS (Bepoz), reporting, and daily cash handling
A commitment to compliance, maintenance and policy adherence
Ability to build community rapport and deliver outstanding customer service
Full availability to work across rotating rosters including weekends and evenings
Full working rights in Australia
