Your Role: 

Reporting to the Retail Manager, this is a full-time role, working over 5 days including one day weekend (Sunday) within a salary range of 75k to 85k depending on experience.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Specific Responsibilities/Skills: 

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and effective coaching skills in assistance to the Retail Manager. 
  • Attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills, including a high-level focus on health and safety.
  • A track record of continuous improvement and identification of opportunities to improve staffing performance. 
  • Experience in delivering exceptional presentation levels in the hospitality industry through regular and efficient stock ordering, replenishment, roster management, and rotation. 
  • Ability to deliver and create activities within required time frames and ensure it meets best practice.
  • Flexibility to work across all retail trading hours, including weekends.
  • Previous FMCG retail experience.
