JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced all-rounder who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team. This person will need to be capable of serving tables and communicating with customers and the team. Barista skills and RSA are essential.

This person would be required to do open shifts from 6.30 until 2pm. If you are not a morning please don't apply.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts

Bossy Boots cafe is the masterstroke of Melbourne chefs Ben Forehan and Rachael Browne who have taken their cooking talents working in many notable Melbourne kitchens and 10 years cooking on private yachts to create a unique foodie haven in Brighton. 14 years on, we are still going strong.
