Tonic on Chirn is a boutique Cocktail & Tapas Bar nestled on the north of the Gold Coast in Chirn Park. Loved by locals for our contemporary take on relaxed share plate dining, our wine and beer selection, and our amazing cocktails.
We are seeking two experienced all-rounders, someone who is confident predominantly on the floor but can also jump behind the bar when needed. Basic cocktail experience required.
This role will initially be weekend based (Fri/Sat nights), with occasional mid-week shifts becoming available as business needs dictate. The opportunity to progress into a FT supervisory/2IC role will become available for the right candidate, providing more hours.
The ideal candidate will know what it takes to provide a customers will a great experience in an intimate venue such as ours.
