I am over 18Redcape Hospitality has recently acquired The Prince Consort Hotel and we're now on the lookout for passionate, energetic, people-centric individuals to join our growing Team as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Attendants. You would assist your Venue Leadership Team and the collective venue team to successfully operate the Hotel's Food, Beverage & Gaming operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the Hotel's day-to-day Food, Beverage & Gaming related operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
Possess a current/valid RSA & RSG (Or willingness to obtain).
Previous experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement for the right candidates.
