Located in Balaclava, and part of the Commune family (Firebird, Hanoi Hannah, Tokyo Tina and Studio Amaro) is on the hunt for some experienced hospo warriors to join the team.

We're looking for strong section waiters who may have cocktail experience, or the desire to learn, fluidity in both is strongly desired. Weekend availability is a must.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a similar role - minimum 2 years

• An excellent attitude and the ability to work within a family/team environment

• Strong floor experience

• An excellent communicator, one that handles pressure effortlessly.

• We're looking for long term staff, as we value growth from within. Sorry guys, as much as we'd love to hire our international family, we're mainly looking for residents.
