Job Overview
As an Assistant Bar Manager at Kimpton Margot Sydney, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vibrant and dynamic Wilmot Bar. You will work closely with the Director of Restaurant & Bars to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage a team of dedicated colleagues, uphold responsible business practices, and maintain financial accountability. Your passion for mixology, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering outstanding guest service will contribute to the continued success and reputation of the Kimpton Margot Sydney.
