LOCA is a beautifully presented, café and coffee drive thru located at Hope Island. Our café offers Toby’s Estate coffee, fresh juice and a simple food menu. 

We’re looking to recruit an experienced Manager that will work with our current team to continue building something really amazing.  

In this role, you will:

• Have experience as a Head Barista
• Focus on delivering the best customer experience you can imagine 
• Manage labour costs vs sales, customer wait times and average sale values 
• Stock management & food prep
• Ensure compliance of LOCA policies and procedures 
• Train and empower staff
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and the café is kept at an exceptional level of presentation
• Managing staff rosters 
• Add an extra spark to our already fun team

This role will develop into what you make of it.  We believe the right attitude is everything but previous management experience and being a trained Barista is essential.  We won’t beat around the bush – we’re looking for a hard working, outgoing person that has a natural ability to coach and motivate a team.

This is a full time role and early starts and weekend work will be required.  We ask that you have a passion for coffee and delivering great customer service, the ability to work in Australia and hold an Australian Drivers Licence.
