We have an exciting opportunity for an appropriately skilled full-time Assistant Gaming Manager & Casual Gaming Supervisors to join the team. Both Roles can be Casual, full time and part-time. 

Working as part of a team, your duties will include:

• Assist in the efficient running of gaming.
• Taking responsibility for the presentation and smooth operation of the Gaming Room and assisting the bistro when required.
• Ensure the correct practices and procedures are maintained in all operations
• Manage a number of teams and supervisors who all contribute to the service
• Communicate any issues to the relevant manager(s)
• Assist with training programs and on-the-spot training
• Assist with Regulatory and Licencing Compliance 

To be successful in the role, you must have:

• Strong gaming experience at the management level (AGM) or at least 6 months of experience for a Gaming Supervisor
• System One knowledge
• AGM role will require knowledge of  weekly/monthly Reconciliation experience
• Experience in managing a multi-faceted hospitality outlet
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a personable and friendly nature
• Ability to work as part of a team and show leadership
