JOB DESCRIPTION

With industry renowned, Thomas Gorringe at the helm – Aria’s Executive Chef, the menu takes it’s guests on a culinary journey, using Australia’s best produce, showcasing nature in its finest form in a world class dining experience.
With a star studded line up of some of the industry’s most celebrated Restaurant professionals & Masters of Wine at the helm, the customer experience is world class.

With ‘Master of Wine’ Annette Lacey at the helm of our groups wine program, you will be working with one of the industry’s best in developing and curating a stellar wine list & sake list for this premium casual venue.
  
The Role
  
We are on the hunt for an experienced Sommelier looking for a step up who has worked in some of Sydney’s most on trend and prestigious venues to bring their passion for great wine & beverages and their love of hospitality to our elite venue.
  
With a mix of clientele ranging from corporates and foodies, to special occasion diners and friends getting together for a night on the town, your passion for service will be ignited here.
  
Your role will involve all of the Somm essentials including curating wine lists, stock management, training and upskilling the team and forging incredible relationships with some of the industry’s best suppliers.  This your chance to join a cutting edge, trendy venue to bring your charisma, flair and love of everything wine to patrons from far and wide! Make your mark & showcase your expertise in this state of the art new venue.

Having worked for some of Australia’s best hospitality establishments, your skills will be fine tuned and you will be an expert communicator, with the ability to provide an exceptional service and advice to patrons. Experience working as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier in some of Sydney’s most legendary venues will have you hit the ground running.
