The Role

We are looking for a committed, passionate and motivated Assistant Manager to join our great team and long standing venue.

 This is a hands on role and the successful candidate will need to have a passion for hospitality, a team player and able to lead by example while managing staff and delivering a great  experience to our guests.

 Passion for great service and know your stuff.

Sound knowledge of food, wine and craft beer

Knowledge of bar, gaming, cellar operations

Eye for detail and excellent customer service and communication skills

Excellent presentation

Enthusiastic personality

Ability to manage staff and take direction

Work well within a team and lead by example

 High standards and the ability to multitask under pressure.
