Squires Loft Albert Park is looking for a Full Time Assisant Manager to run our business in partnership with the General Manager. We have been in business since 2004, survived COVID and will be here for many years to come.
We expect a high level of service, initiative, customer service and the ability to have fun. If you have these skills, you will go far with us.
Salary is negotiable for the right applicant and level of experience.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Prior management experience is mandatory. A minimum of 6 months experience is required in an Assistant or Senior role to be successful in application. This is not negotiable.
Wine knowledge provides a clear/sizeable advantage to applicant as we have approx. 70 wines on our list currently.
Cocktail knowledge will again provide an edge to the application however not essential.
Completed and have a current RSA certificate.
Available for weekend work (night, we are closed lunches on weekends).
