We are seeking enthusiastic an Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisors for our Circular Quay Stores. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is your natural talent that we can't wait to harness.

This hands-on role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about maintaining high operational standards. Availability to work nights and weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store in line with brand standards and expectations
• Deliver the end-to-end customer experience across full range of opening hours
• Drive store profitability to achieve budget
• Ensure compliance with food safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with WH&S requirements
• Respond to and manage customer complaints

• Previous retail or hospitality management experience is required.
• Ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and retail operations is highly desirable.
• Passion for gelato and creating a fun, engaging experience for customers.
