Tucked away in the backstreets of Surry Hills is Goros, our late night party venue where our guests experience a Mount Fuji amount of fun in our electric Japanese inspired venue.

From custom-built karaoke rooms, yakitori, arcade games, DJs, and an extensive sake and cocktail list, to the venue’s infamous mascot Garfield, there’s nowhere quite like the playground that is Goros.

From the kitchen, our incredible Head Chef plates up an array of flavourfulll Japanese inspired dishes, with a playful edge from mouth watering Gyozas, to Yakitori and delicious burgers!

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team at Goros and be responsible for the overall management and performance of the venue. 
  
Being a motivational people leader, who loves creating an authentic experience for their patrons & staff, this is an opportunity for you to pass on your knowledge & passion for hospitality to our well established team.
  
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including overseeing the daily operations, overseeing venue financials, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering, compliance and ensuring the guest experience is memorable each time in collaboration with the GM.

1-5 years experience working as an Assistant Manager in some of Sydney's most loved pubs or late night venue, managing the team will have you hit the ground running.
