JOB DESCRIPTION

Ume Burger is looking for highly motivated people to join our fast growing team.

We are a cool Japanese Hamburger Shop established in 2016 with locations at both Darling Square in Haymarket, and the Barangaroo waterfrount.

We are looking for a front of house manager with a great personality and strong work ethic to Join our friendly team. 

 

Job responsibitlitiers will include:

Serving customers and handling service

Practicing effective stock control and rotation

Stock taking and ordering from suppliers

Managing rosters and training new staff

Maintaining a clean and hygeinic working environment at all times

Light food prep and beverages for wholesale.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and handling shop related admin.

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Successful applicants will be expected to have:

Strong English language skills

Proven track record in a similar role

The ability to work effectively and professionally under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Immaculate cleanliness and personal presentation

Strong organisational skills 

Current RSA 

35-40 hours per week availability 

Working rights for Australia (ideally for a long term role)
