Our bar menu is a delicious selection of homemade-style Italian food, curated and prepared by our friends out the back IL BARETTO. The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be a hands on people leader who rolls their sleeves up and motivates the team.  Hospitality is first nature to you, developed from your time working and managing busy pub bistros and sports bars, to shaking it up at the bar with the crew and building relationships with incredible locals.     
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons. Motivating, inspiring and training your team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount.

Experience working as an Assistant Manager in some of Sydney’s most reputable food focused pubs or restaurants will allow you to hit the ground running.
