If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Assistant Manager at our pub in Hornsby!
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and motivate the front-of-house staff, ensuring a positive and energetic team atmosphere.
Assist in staff training and development to maintain and improve service standards.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided.
Create a welcoming and warm environment for all patrons visiting the venue.
Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily pub operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation.
Collaborate with the management team to implement efficient processes including rostering, BOH procedures, event-organisation and marketing activities.
Quality Control:
Uphold the highest quality standards for food and beverages.
Monitor cleanliness and the venues presentation to create an inviting atmosphere.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
