The Role

As an Assistant Manager at Solotel, you’ll be a hands on people leader who rolls their sleeves up and motivates the team.  Hospitality is first nature to you, developed from your time leading some of Sydney’s most reputable restaurants and iconic community pubs.

Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back-of-house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons. Motivating, inspiring and training your team will be at the forefront and ensuring the guest experience is paramount.

Experience working as an Assistant Manager in some of Sydney’s most reputable restaurants or pubs will allow you to hit the ground running.
