JOB DESCRIPTION

A rare and unique opportunity has come available for an innovative, fast paced loving and customer focused Hospitality Professional to join a team of like-minded go getters at our Dovetails a la carte Restaurant at the 4 Hearts Brewing Co. 

The successful candidate will:

  • have superior a la carte service experience
  • Be customer service focused, 
  • be leading from the front, 
  • have several years of experience in this type of role, 
  • be well versed in everything that is upscale dining, beer, cocktails, wine and spirits,
  • have a passion for and be able to demonstrate exceptional skills and knowledge about the hospitality industry. 
  • must be able to think on their feet, outside the box and bring a warm but strong personality 
  • have the ability to understand budgets, P&L, work to and achieve budgeted revenues, expenses & payroll controls costs
  • Understand Liquor Licensing and Health & Safety laws
  • Embrace change and have a go getter outlook
