Attimi is a modern Italian fine dining restaurant in Paddington, Brisbane, seating just 28 guests for an intimate and highly personalised experience. Led by acclaimed chef Dario Manca, and newly awarded Best New Restaurant in QLD & NT, Attimi offers an elegant culinary journey through Italy’s diverse regions, with multi-course tasting menus and a refined à la carte offering.

Our curated wine list features rare Italian varietals alongside standout producers from France and Australia—ensuring a premium experience from start to finish.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support and elevate our Front of House operations. As second-in-charge, you’ll work closely with our Restaurant Manager and leadership team to deliver seamless service, inspire junior staff, and help shape the guest experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in an intimate fine dining setting, values precision and warmth in equal measure, and is ready to step up in their hospitality career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the FOH team during service

  • Maintain and deliver exceptional service standards aligned with fine dining

  • Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff

  • Oversee bookings, floor planning, and service flow

  • Be a calm, professional presence during service and guest interactions

  • Communicate clearly between Front and Back of House

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings

  • Uphold all hygiene, safety, and service standards

About You

  • Experience in a senior FOH role in fine dining or high-end hospitality

  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and service-driven

  • Genuine passion for food, wine, and guest experience

  • Availability for nights and weekends

  • Current RSA certification required

  • Extensive knowledge of local and international wines, with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and train a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a keen eye for detail.
