ABOUT THE ROLE
As Mjølner's Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be assisting the Restaurant Manager to run the respected and successful establishment, allowing you to propel your career forward within the hospitality industry. Not only will you lead the team, but you will also have the opportunity to explore thrilling ventures both in venue and offsite such as events (e.g., Dark Mofo, Meatstock, Movie and gaming releases), collaborations, and more.
Beyond the traditional Assistant Restaurant Manager role, you will work hand in hand with the Restaurant Manager, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. From motivating and inspiring the team to surpass guest expectations to managing budgets and maintaining impeccable stock control, you will have the chance to make a significant impact. By implementing and maintaining outstanding service levels, you will set the benchmark for our team, inspiring and leading them to deliver excellence.
