REQUIREMENTS

 

Assistant Restaurant Manager:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior role in the hospitality industry
  • Profit & Loss responsibility
  • Proven experience in staff leadership, development and staff training
  • Strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Experience in POS systems, stock and financial reporting systems
  • Sound working knowledge of HR practices
  • Strong business math and accounting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
  • Good oral/written skills and confident communicator.
  • Understanding of the 24/7 nature of the hospitality operations environment.
