The Role
Riverbar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience to lead our incredible team.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be an motivational people leader, who loves creating a stellar service to locals and patrons. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be hands on in managing the overall operation of the venue. Hospo is your passion, from slinging funky cocktails at the bar and coordinating a busy bistro to providing a high level of service and building relationships with locals. You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing patrons experience the best, every time.
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons. Motivating, inspiring and training your team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount.
Experience working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in some of Brisbane’s most reputable fast paced restaurants or venues will set you up for success. The culture here is one of a kind, with a close knit crew and a team that work together.
