The Opportunity: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Are you ready to take your hospitality career to the next level? Lúc Lắc is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Managers to join our pioneering team. This is your chance to lead, collaborate, and elevate operations at one of Brisbane’s most exciting dining destinations.

As a key leader on our team, you will:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Delegate and oversee Front of House staff duties to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor meal periods, ensuring every customer interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Manage opening/closing tasks, maintaining cleanliness and equipment readiness.
  • Handle cash management, inventory, and POS systems.
  • Be the primary point of escalation for guest feedback, resolving complaints with professionalism.
  • Support recruitment, training, and mentorship of junior staff.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and regulatory standards, including RSA compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, and Venue Leadership Team to deliver world-class service.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS
