Essential Requirements:

  • Outstanding people skills with proven ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wine and the vibrant Sydney restaurant scene
  • Genuine customer-focused mindset
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar management role
  • Flexible approach to work hours with availability to work Saturdays
  • Commitment to our 5-day rotating roster system

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
