Assistant Store Manager - Kickon Bottle Shop

Kickon bottle shops, part of Kickon Group (Osbourne Hotel, Plough Inn, Grand View Hotel) have recently rebranded and relaunched their bottle shops. The rebrand not only leans on the established Kickon brand and values, it has also allowed freedom in purchasing & store ranging to grow the reach and customer satisfaction. To continue the momentum, we're looking to instill further experience, customer service and knowledge into the Balmoral store by hiring an assistant store manager with a wine background. The Balmoral store in particular has just added another 100 wines to the already large wine range and as a result, is looking for someone to continue to build on that range while driving wine sales through the store. 

We have between 15 - 30 hours per week available now, with a view to a full-time position. The hours are flexible and consist of midweek and weekend shifts varied across days and nights.

The right team member needs QLD RSA, be customer focussed and driven to deliver an amazing experience. We are seeking someone with a passion for wine who has previous experience in retail liquor. Has reliable transport, able to work independently and as part of a team and wants to progress in the industry.

  • A QLD RSA certificate
  • Previous Retail or Hospitality experience
  • Great customer service skills

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
