We’re on the hunt for a new Assistant Venue Manager to help run McMahon’s Hotel and Bev and Mick’s Backpackers. Two businesses in one, downstairs is a laid back locals bar (we’ve been called ‘the best country pub in the city’) and a busy hostel upstairs. If you’ve been travelling yourself and thought you’d like to run a backpackers one day – now’s your chance!
You: energetic, hard-working, reliable, willing to embrace the role and help us get even better at what we do. Minimum 2 years bar experience. Previous Shift/Venue Manager experience a plus but we’re willing to train up the right person.
Us: offering 70K starting salary plus super and usual entitlements. 2 consecutive days off each week. Possible PROFIT SHARE for the right candidate after a suitable amount of time for us all to get to know each other.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
