Looking for the next step in your Hospitality Career? We are searching for an Assistant Venue Manager to join our already-established management team. We have some exciting changes coming to The Guildford Hotel in 2024 to take this great venue to the next level... Everything is getting Bigger and Better than ever before!

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar venue
  • Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to work nights & weekends
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Current RSA & APPROVED MANAGERS LICENCE
  • Experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms desirable 
  • Desire to expand your skillset under the Venue Manager
