The New Bay Hotel is currently seeking a full time Assistant Manager and Duty Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, experienced, passionate about the industry and willing to learn.
To be successful in this role you will:
Need to have a current RSA, RSG, Gaming license Tab Basics as a minimum.
Need to demonstrate previous experience in Bistro, Gaming, Tab and Sports bar operations.
Show good communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
Great cash handling procedures and problem solving skills.
Have a very "Hands on approach" to managing a small hotel.
Knowledge of how to book and run functions.
Have a positive outlook and be ready to take the next step in your career.
Knowledge of industry current trends, food and beverage.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Acomodation can be organised for relocation!
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
Responsible Service of Gaming
Gaming License
Frist Aid (not essential)
Interview required
