ABOUT THE ROLE 

As an Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, working alongside the Venue Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the venue. You'll have the opportunity to manage private functions and events, lead our Front of House team, and contribute to the outstanding service we provide to our valued guests. With a focus on staff training and motivation, you'll inspire the Nick & Nora's team to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• candidates with a minimum of 2 years' management experience, preferably in a fast-paced bar environment. 
• Excellent knowledge of Champagne, whisky, and cocktails 
• A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. 
• An engaging personality and warmth that both staff and customers will gravitate towards. 
• A team player with a passion for what you do.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Well presented with a professional attitude.
