JOB DESCRIPTION

Port Office Hotel is seeking a vibrant & professional Assistant Venue Manager to join the team!. 

Our award winning sophisticated venue in the heart of Brisbane's CBD, Port Office offer's elegant dinning, 3 function spaces, public bar and balcony bar. If you have a flair for mixology, love creating exceptional dinning experience and passion for customer service then this is the venue for you! 

The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue. 

We are offering:

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Assistant Manager
Food & Beverage Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements:

  • 2 years minimum in a similar venue
  • Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Have a friendly & engaging personality 
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
