We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Manager who’s ready to bring their experience, energy and leadership to a venue that’s always in the spotlight.

What you’ll be doing:
· Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day day running of a dynamic, fast-paced pub
· Leading, motivating and developing a passionate team across bars, dining and functions
· Delivering a guest experience that keeps locals and visitors coming back - that's why we won Time Out's People Choice Award for Best Pub!
· Driving service standards and F&B excellence while keeping the good vibes rolling
 

What we’re looking for:
· Previous leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
· Strong knowledge of food, beverage and service - and the ability to inspire your team with it
· A people-first approach - you thrive on building culture and leading by example
