JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in the daily operations of running our newly renovated venue. Cleveland Sands is the perfect venue for a manager that has a passion for live music, entertainment, great food & customer service! This role is hands on and fast paced, no two days are the same at this exceptional entertainment venue!

The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue, and exceptional customer service and presentation skills. If you are looking to take the next step in your career to become a leader and progress, then this is the venue for you!

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar venue
  • Strong experience in Gaming & Wagering 
  • Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to work nights & weekends
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
